Looks like my baby has been sold. The prospective new owner has asked me to convert it back to N/A. No mean feat as it has a fair few mods. Should be finished in about 3-4 weeks laziness taken into account. Sad to see her go, but makes way for a new project. Hmmmm should be very cool.

Unofficially YES whole blower setup including gilmer drive, carby, filter mounts etc is for sale. Dont want to let it go for about 3 weeks until I have the money for the car. Whole lot $2k. Not neg. Costs a fortune to replace. Also includes all braided hoses

That's a very attractive price.
I'm sure you'll have no issues selling the setup.

Sad times for you, i'm sure.
It's such a lovely Mini, and I hope that the new owner takes good care of it like you have.

That's a damn shame. Crazy.

Looking forward to seeing the new project.

yeh is a shame but I prefer building than driving. Am going to get the Group C car back on the road again. Havent touched it for 6 years so all the seals need replacing again, and thinking of repainting it in the 1970 bathurst colour scheme, just for the hell of it. The next project am thinking minisprint body mods, with crossflow head, unless someone out there has a marcos or jem they want to get rid of.

Greg, I think your new owner is getting an absolute gem of a car and be rest assured, he will be taking good care of it. Bit of a bugger though, I was thinking of offering him my project car but guess it will keep for my daughter.
