hey all, three out of four nuts come off the rear left wheel, one is stuck on, it just spins. I have had no luck getting it off. what now? cheers oh yeah, and the tyre wont hold any air, so it has to come off lol! |

Sometimes you can get them off with 2 people. 1 to apply outwards pulling pressue on the wheel whilst you undo the nut. An angle griner used carefully can help too. What type of wheel and nut are we talking about? Dicko. |

Yep, exactly what he said ^^ if you can pull on the wheel as you turn the nut it will eventually bite on the remaining threads and eventually come off. Seeing as though the stud (or nut) is threaded, if it doesn't come off after all this, then you may have to go it with an angle grinder carefully. That ought to teach it a lesson it won't forget.. |

If it's one of those domed Clubby nuts I bet it's stripped. they made these from brass, ffs. Angle grind 1 side until you just start to see the stud threads. Then hit it with 2 BFHs, 1 from each side. ![]() ![]() |

Tap into the end of the nut, screw a bolt in there and pull out on the bolt. If you pull hard enough it'll come out easy peasy. Bit of rooting around but you'll get there. |

Just a thought. I know you can't see it but i wonder if it's the stud that is actually turning? Ahh the joys of owning mini's |
