ahoy there chaps and chapettes
i know everyone hates these kinds of posts but i really have no idea as to where to begin to put a value on my mini if i do decide to sell it shortly
Here are some basic specs
Its a 1973 clubman with a 1275 A+ metro engine with stage 1 kit and rc40 exhaust
Its also supercharged with one of 92 sc12 kits
hi-lo's all round
12 inch uk rover wheels (or so im told)
Metro discs up front with AP racing calipers
its a purple/blue custom paint colour with hot-rod esque flames
It only has 2 TINY rust spots, one under the leyland side badge and another tiny bit on the front drivers quarter panel
Its got a 3/4 finished red velour interiour (just needs seats to be covered)
angel eye headlights, and thats all i can really think of at the moment
so any idea of an approx pirce i could ask for it?
rock and/or roll
trent

Are you looking for a quick sale, or happy to wait?

If you need a quick sale, i'd estimate $6k to $7k, if you want to wait for the right person who falls in love with the car, put $10K on it and sit back and wait. Might be 12months tho.

Because it is done to your taste, you need someone who would have done exactly the same things to love it for what it is.

Anyone else just sees things they need to change, and let's face it, it is far from a blank canvas!

Good Luck!

Matt

I will give you 5G for it as we speak and I will arrange transport to Brisbane. PM me if interested. Maybe I am only wishing. But the offer is there.

wow this has given me something to think about, i thought it would only be around the 2-3k mark. i sorta need to get a more practical car for a while, well atleast until i buy a house with a garage.
And dylan ive been around, my girls karmann ghia has been my primary mode of transport while i figured out some niggling problems on the mini, but its all go go go now.
hmm what to do, what to do
this mini could well appear in the for sale section soon, no promises though :):)

Good idea, Dylan.

No better way to sell a good car than "in the flesh."
