After putting the 1275 in my moke there is one hose left that has nowhere to go. It is from the top of the rocker cover, and previously joined to the black pollution control cannister. I was not going to put one of these on the moke as it dosent have to have one, and didnt previously. What should I do with the pipe coming from the rocker cover? Block it off? Thanks, steve. |

No, if you block it off the crank case pressure will build up and you MAY have problems. I would rearrange your engine breathers or get another breather to attatch to it. Possibly also put a oil catch tank inplace of the emmisions canister. If you plug it up you could run into al sorts of weird things going on. Cheers Aaron |

I have my Pipe on the tappet cover blocked But I also have a breather Oil Filler cap which will compensate for the blockage. You can route that hose to the air clean as it only takes in clean air from the tappet cover and then come out the crankcase breather. |

I have always been told not to as it will then suck from the top of the engine and then fill the tappet cover up with oil. It has to take the air in from the top not get sucked up from the top |

mate that pipe from your rocker cover is supposed to be connected to the air filter housing warm air spose to go from head to inlet to warm up the fuel/stop frosting the pipe from the back of the engine (breather plates) are spose to go to the inlet manifold spose to burn off any excess oil fumes/crap from crankcase both pipes blow out into the inlet so if you connect them both up you're in for trouble ive connected the breather plate pipe to the air filter housing in the moke and the breather plate pipe to inlet manifold via a PCV in the matic |

My engine is running twin su's with ram flo air filters, so how do I attach it to the air filter housing? |

With difficulty but drill a hole and fit them with a hose adapter or betta again get rid of the ram flo and put something better on. You could also use the smiths vale setup But can not rember how to connect that up |

Yeah that is what I have but I do run a Breather Oil Filler Cap and to tell if you have a Breather Cap is to remove the Cap and Look underneath and see if there is a Hole in the Middle and if so that should be that cover for the filter and it should come out. These caps are usually longer then the non breather type caps. No breather type caps are usuall abut 30mm Deep (do not hold me to that) and the breather caps are close to 50mm Deep. |
