Hi, Can some one please tell me what type of thread is used on the front subframe tower bolts, i have an old subframe and i want to clean up the threads with a tap and die

Early ones had ½" AF - later ones had metric thread

Hi Cooper,
Wombat has tried to help but has given you a wrench size, not a thread size. I can't help either but recognized the mistake (and hopefully before you tried to buy a tap).
Early diameter was 5/16" but not sure if they were fine or coarse thread.
