Have some mini stuff I need to freight back from the UK to Australia, weighs about 6.5 kilos. Don't care how long it takes to get here so by sea is fine.

Any companies people can recommed, royal mails limit is a measly 2 kilos....

My last package from the UK weighed in at 6.5Kg and was shipped air express for $123.00, including insurance, and arrived here in four days. Still worked out far cheaper all up than for what I could source it locally.

Royal mail pass on heavier stuff to parcel force U.K, which is still done thru royal mail post offices, I think up to 10kg is 50 pounds and comes by air...

I have got sent to me a complete Limited slip Diff with Semi straight cut gears and output shafts and a set of Roller rockers with ordinary air mail and they arrived straight to my door. UPs are a no no for me as they cost double of what ordinary mail costs and they also make you pay un necessary import Duties and other fees.

Had good service from parcel2go, works out best if just under their flat rate weights. 10kg @ 60GBP, 25kg @ 120GBP, and 50kg @ 200GBP. Prices on their web site but get a quote and it will add 12% fuel surcharge.

Think I'll go with Parcel2go, looks pretty good and they can provide insurance too plus all the info is on their website.

Thanks for the tip!!
