Just got the 12G202 head back from the head shed today..

It has 1.215" Cooper inlet valves.
1.062" O/size exhaust valves.
Cb4-8 valve springs.
Ports have been open up.

I got the valves and springs from Pistons Auto Parts. Cost for parts and postage was a total of $210.00.

The new head, Manilow LCB extractors and RC-40 exhaust are now fitted to the LS and what a difference it has made.. The motor revs a whole lot better and the extra power makes the car so much more fun to drive..

The RC-40 is quieter than the old exhaust but has a nice deep note to it now.. I will be getting the motor dyno'd in the next couple of weeks to see how much extra HP the work has given the engine.. It was running 40hp@wheels...

Also had a new roof lining fitted last week so nearly finished the major jobs on the car now...
