59 austin seven 850 super grey one owner rego glg149 bought in 75 for $50.00 in turramurra gave away in 85 free .62austin cooper997bought in 77 for $120.oo white ,black roof rego cxx 200 sold for $300.00 - 65 mini deluxe grey,rego jij718 bought in 77 for $300.00 from turramurra sold for$400.00 to a guy in chatswood in 78 - 64 850, factory black red int 2 gold stripes over body, bought in 78 for $180.00 from kemps creek (sydney) rego dll 627 sold in 78 for$350.oo to lady in east sydney. 68 cooper s snow white one owner! bought for $500.oo in 78 sold for $800.00 to man in turramurra in late 78. plenty more, bere in mind these cars were only junk back then, but if you owned a clubman then you were really someone! as the clubmans were still brand new cars!! not bored yet??

did this just for my benefit, so I can read it easier. May help others.
I don't think any of those passed through our family, and we've had around 30. I would like to find a cooper s for $800!!

Yep 1977, what a year, picked my first Cooper S up for $600 (, pity us young fella's didn't think with our head's instead of our pant's) i ended up crashing it , got it repaired , then later on sold it for $300 as a rolling shell , too young & stupid to be bothered to put it back together.
