Is there an easy way to get those bastard clips onto the back of the rear wheel cylinders? Or were they made to be a bitch? ![]() |

Bitch. ![]() Don't look at it and think it'll slide on, best approach is top down. Should be able to get two clips in most of the way, then use a small flat screwdriver to lever the remainder over. Socket should finish it into the right spot. ![]() |

![]() You've answered your own question here very eloquently. You can try to push it on from the side (when I say push, I mean belt it with a hammer). Kind of easier to have somebody help you. One to use a pair of pliers to hold the clip against the backing plate and one to tap the clip on with a hammer. Another option is to try and put the two side tabs in first and then use a screwdriver to leave the middle on one. I did mine the other day and did one side each way. Either way sucks. ![]() |

OK, I can see that pic now. I might knock one of those up myself using a bolt, washer and the right sized socket. ![]() I did one car last night via the bitch sideways approach. I'll do the other car via the bastard top down method ![]() Cheers guys. |
