Hi, just wanting to see some internal photos of any Mini deluxe's, specifically the dash and heater controls. I supposedly have a Mini Deluxe but I think it has been rebodied, so wanting to see what an original looks like.

Thanks

A Deluxe didn't come with a heater.
They didn't make them in 1970 either.

I suspect with a 1970 body.
What year did they finish?

They finished half way through 69. Replaced by the Mini K (Morris Mini 1100)

Thanks.

 Could it be a Mini K? Although engine is only 998, not 1100.

Are the heater controls on the right hand side?

If yes, can you please let me know what hey are supposed to do. I have 2 pulls and a switch. I assume 1 is for heater valve (stuck), switch is for fan (rooted) and the other pull is for a vent but not sure what it opens and where to.

Sorry, lots of questions but I am excited about new toy. :D

His heater control is on the right hand side yes. I pull will be for the choke (the choke pull is on the left and the heater pull is on the right). The heater relies on the air flowing so you need to be driving for it to circulate (it isnt fan operated). The heater does not have a tap as such, instead the cable moves a flap whch cuts off the hot section to cool, and then a final section to minimise full flow. The faster you drive the hotter you and your car get, lol. It does come in handy as a second radiator to help the car stay cool. I think the Mini K was internal with a fan.
The pic below is inside the car:

This is under the bonnet, the box on the left hand side at the front is the heater box:

My mini K had that type of heater, worked pretty well, I'd prefer these over the others.
