My mum picked one of those up for $1 at a garage sale. I don't have the controler though, so what frequency is yours?
Dose it slow down when you turn? I got a subby in a tube like that and when you turn it takes some power from the drive motor :?

mine is 35MHz but they come in 27,35,40,49,and 56Mhz - No slow down or speed control of any sort it's go or no go - almost does a "hand brake turn' on the slippery wooden floor 8)

I have these, they are the older ones.

I have three in total, you use to be able to buy faster motors and gears for them, not sure if you still can.

I opened mine up and I'm pretty sure it's 35 MHz so if you've got that frequency I may be interested, (debending on postage costs) any idea what that would cost? I'm north of Brisbane.

i thnk the frequency is 27B...

thats what sticker is on the bottom of the controller, also on the side of the tin it says frequency: 27A, 27B, 27C, 27D and then some chinese writing.

i can still post if you want. i recenly posted a number plate flap to syd which cost $10. they go by weight, and this thing is a bit lighter...

UPDATE: i ahve in fact torn this thing to puieces and i think i chucked the antenna out yonks ago...
