Your numbers are a 1978 1275LS. I don't have a lot of info on the last code system used by Leyland but it came in some time during 78. I have only decoded some of the digits and that is by guesswork. X = ? (Minis have X, Mokes have A) N = ? (Minis have N, Mokes have K) F = ? (LS have F, Mini S have H, Mini have P, Vans have P, Mokes have F on Californian and P on Mokes ![]() ![]() ![]() A = ? (Minis have A, Vans have F, Mokes have P) Probably body style. ![]() D = 1275 (B = 998) Clearly engine code. 18 = ? Y = Australia. ![]() |
