There have been a few discussions on this ![]() http://www.ausmini.com/forums/viewtopic ... angel+eyes Since you're asking for opinions, I think that they don't suit a Mini. Go for some 60's bling for your car, and leave the Angel Eyes to the BMW and Hyundai drivers. ![]() |

I guess it depends on whether you want good headlights or not, but I'd leave the angel eye headlights for the show car. I would assume in effect the usable headlight on angel eyes is less than the standard 7" headlights to accomodate the angel eye part. Get some quality glass H4 headlights and fit some proper bulbs like the Phillips +30/+50% (road legal but provide excellent light). Just make sure you adjust them correctly, well adjusted Lucas candles are better than badly adjusted H4s.... |

Dont forget the relays otherwise the switches and the high/low beam dipper will last no time at all (only days in fact) |

I've got a set of H4 angle eyes. I realy like em, good light and when the parkers are on the angle eyes are realy pretty. I also have 140watt spotlights but they are only for long distance, the H4's are perfectly fine by themselves. The only downside is there flat faced and on an orgional classic they would'nt suit. |
