I could be wrong but that sounds like a NSW number plate (unless SA has the same format on some of theirs ?) which would mean it's had to pass an annual inspection of bodywork/brakes/suspension/overall condition so that could be reassuring .

It's not all as it seems.
Stuwey went and had a look at it, it's not the one in the picture.
It started as a Yellow Devil, and has been repainted a blue colour similar to what you see.
There is rust forming in a few places....

His mother uploaded the pictures and did the blurb, so this is why it is an innacurate representation.
