Post subject:  Seat Retrim Sydney

Just wondering if anyone knew and recommended any companies that do retrims for their seats, and how much it cost?

Looking for people in Sydney.

Talk to john Smidt at Mini King first.
I am led to believe he has a supply of NOS original BMC seat trims.

Um I guess it depends how much re-trimming your talking about.
a complete refit or just repairs?

I found some 99% accurate vinyl from 'the warehouse' in woodville, and got a repair to the top of the rear seat done in a day by a small place in 7 hills.

A complete interior I would have taken the seats, dash template, cards, etc to another place. For a complete job I wouldnt have had to do as much running around. I would have chosen something "off the shelf" rather than searching out an exact match for 40yr old trim.

I dont think Mini interiors are difficult, any reputable place will be able to find their way around a mini seat with ease.

There is this one that was advertised a while ago , might be worth a look to see what they're like as the price is right for the full kit .
