i did a stainless welding course at tafe its not all that pretty but it dos the job
its not all that hard to do
if you rekon you could do it yaself just go hire a welder from kennards and just giv it ago
suppose it depends on wether it will be seen

thanks bob, its on my mates datto 1600 with SR20 and we want it real neat, i can mig and oxy but i dont have a tig and am not going to hire one for a small 2 min job.

You know you can just put stainless wire in you MIG and use Argon gas
and weld it yourself.... if you can Mig weld already your laughing

I know of two and you also know one of them.

The other normaly does stairs banisters etc of the highest quility and some of the biggest houses in Sydney but i can't say he's has done any auto work.
