Post subject:  Anyone able to move a mini from Elwood to Bacchus Marsh ?
I've got freight quotes coming in but will ask here as well , is there anyone in Melbourne heading north to collect a mini in Sydney or Brisbane with a trailer who could be persuaded with fuel , cash or alcohol to bring a mini body up with them ?

Major thank's to Simon (Skssgn) who's offered to take a trailer with him when he goes to Ballarat in a couple of weeks (without discussing it with his wife yet :? ) and pick up the mini on the way and take it to Albury/Wadonga area . Only thing is to make it easier for Simon I'd like to get the mini from Elwood to Bacchus Marsh, Melton, Deer Park or similar suburbs so Simon doesn't have to deviate too far . the mini is a shell , no motor or subframes but will sit on a trailer nicely . Anyone in that area able to pick it up and hold it till Simon's going through , payment in fuel money/alcohol/parts/?????

I can help with the storage for a few weeks at over my way, but haven't a trailer to get it here before my uni exams are up... :cry: ..

If it can be dropped off it will be very comfortable in it's lodgings.

How soon does it need to be picked up? I can't do it this weekend, but maybe the next?

I'm about 25mins from Bacchus and 1hr from Ballarat.

Just realised, 20th is only next weekend. I can't pick it up this weekend, but I might be able to next Sat morning, which IS the 20th. Does that work!?! :?

Thank's Brett but due to one of those fate type deals Geoff's had to move the mini from where it was stored in a hurry which happens to be closeish to where Simon is going now since his wife revised the travel plans to include another stopover so all looking promising for Simon to pick it up now . Thank's for the offer though and I'll keep you posted if anything goes wrong .
