Guys I have a pattern for Cooper S carpet set with all the right piping. It looks heaps better than the moulded stuff as the moulded carpet does not finish well over the seat box section. I am due to have another set made and have a couple of mates nagging me for some as well. Maybe I can get a group deal going. Will have to check with my trimmer. He isnt the cheapest but does show quality work. Back in Brisbane on the 1st of Dec. Let me know if you interested.

sorry this thread was meant to be a reply not a new thread. If you find the colour I am sure I can have them made. The carpet I sold Duc was a genuine westminster from UK and is the same as the one I put in SG car, worth over a $1000 each, so these will be made by a local guy in Brisbane. I was about to order my own and thought someone may be chasing them too. Your call.

Hi,

I have bought some westminster (tretford) carpet and was hoping to be able to borrow a template that you mentioned had been made up a while back. will pay for cost of postage.

Does it show where all the heel pads go,etc ?

Can you help ?

Cheers

I have previously borrowed templates from 'Mick' (thanks mate 8) ) and my trimmer (ex-BMC) in Sydney made copies. Shows positioning of heel and toe pads, seat leg pads etc.

My GT carpet was made form this, and my F-I-L paid well over a grand for a Westminster carpet set to be made for his S, from the same templates too.

I had mentioned this previously in a carpet thread I am sure.

(how old is this thread!!! )

How DO you shear a bastard goat? I can't think of a worse creature to deal with.
