Im only new to this and would like to know the best way in fixing up y beast. I need new wheels and i thought that i may as well upgrade them. Just wanted to know the stud pattern and offset of a 1974 clubman and wat the maximum size wheels that people have put on. Is it possible to fit 13's? I will need my current wheels to be identifed if i were to replace the damaged ones. Ill try organise some pics asap. cheers danny |

Mini stud pettern is 4 inch PCD. 13" wheels will fit, but tyres can be tricky. Brickworx has some I know that. I wouldn't run 13" wheels if you still have the drums on the front. Stay with 12's or 10's if thats the case. ![]() |

I'm sure a local will point you in the right direction, but 12 & 13 inch wheels are fairly common amongst minis now. Even try your local tyre dealer. A 12" performance superlight can be had for $170 per rim or cheaper, but don't know what the go is with 12" tyres at the moment (stock wise). ![]() |

My wheels which you see below are 12's with low profile, 13's would not be practicle for anything other than show without major alterations to wheel arches and suspension. even my 12's scrub out now and then. |

The Arch mods are offset dependent. My 13" Performance wheels require no cutting of the bodywork, whereas a 7" wide rim will need upto 2 inches cut. No real 'mods' are needed for the suspension, as long as it is all in top condition, and kept that way. Some harder shockers couldn't hurt of course. ![]() |

Only problem is tyre choice in 12". AS far as i know it's either Falken or Sime/simex, not realy performance tyre. |
