Hi Guys,
Does anybody know what Cooper S grill screw spacers look like? They are required to move the grill forward to clear the oil cooler.

Thanks
Al

They are black plastic, circular about 5 mm thick i think, about 8-10 mm in diameter.
I've never been able to find 'em in any parts book
Something you can probably make up your self.

Hi Pete,
I've seen them listed but I'm not sure where. Possibly in the oil cooler section??

Thanks for your help, I'll makie some but would like the exact dimensions if I can.

Best regards
Al

Al, I think you are right. I now notice there is a tiny un-numbered object in the bottom LH corner of the Mini Spares Centre dogalogue, page 46 (oil filters, pumps, coolers). Nothing in the parts list though.

If I was clever enough, I could post the scanned page. :?

According to my parts book (PUB 1056M) it's 24A1152 as already quoted, and you need six of them. Interestingly this part is also used as a spacer behind the base of the press-studs that are pop-rivetted to the floor to locate the carpet.
