Hi Guys, If there is anyone out there with a mini van / estate that is registered, or has been, in the ACT - could you do me a favour? I need to know what the body type is listed as on your rego papers - ie wagon, van etc. Many thanks in advance. |

Gday minivanman, I dont have the papers with me but if no one else replies I will have a look this arvo. I am pretty sure they are listed as a van. I know about 15 years ago my van was classed as a light commercial vehicle and cost me about $20 extra, now all the rules have changed. Not much help but I will have a look later and let you know. Steve. |

The rego label on my '65 Deluxe reads LEYLAND SEDAN. Not so sure about that one... |

cause in the ACT they only allow for sedans station wagon vans and a ute is classed as a light truck ![]() so for rego purposes a hatchback is classed as a sedan ![]() bloody toytown goverments ![]() |

Technically speaking the Mini is a sedan, not a hatchback anyway. |

Thanks guys - my rego papers from 97/98 have the make as Morris and the body type as station wagon. It has had a backseat in it, just wondering if this confirms it was registered in ACT with the extra seat???? |
