hey guys, i already asked this question in the old forum, 1 day before it went crazy so i was never able to read the private messages i got as replies so ill ask again.. Does anyone know where i can get a mini friendly roadworthy in the melbourne area. I took mine to a "german car" specialist who obviously didnt like my little car and gave me an A4 page of things they thought were wrong. HELP

ha ha ha... just for amusement.. and more to the point, warning... can we have a copy of the list???
then everyone will know what things to check on their mini before taking it anywhere.

Got my roadworthy done the other day, here's what they picked on:

Wiper blades
Front Shocks
Rear wheel bearings
Dirty/greasy/oily engine
Spare wheel not anchored down

I'd already done the brakes and changed the seats over.

Spare wheel not anchored down is a Mini n00b error. Standard equipment, people!

They dont like a dirty engine, so clean it before you get the test done! If the shocks have any oil on them, they won't pass them. I had to do the rear shocks on my van.

85 in vic I think. Not sure about distance. The measurement is usually taken at 1 metre.
