I working in a bottle shop for years, my record was 13 people in a 79 honda civic through the drive through. they were stacked 3 deep in the rear seat.

Choose for yourself which ethnic/indigenous group they belonged to...

In September Miniworld there is an article about the 'Classic Mini in Hong Kong' and there is a picture of 22 people in a mini . . . with the windows taken out.

I've driven a Moke with 12 in it. 5 in the back, 3 in the front, 2 on the sides and two on the bonnet. A friend got busted driving it home again, with a mere 11 in it.

The History channel had a short film of women in Mini skirts cramming in a Mini. It was cool. Can't remember the number but it was a lot.

However, for the record, I read somewhere that the standard was all people within the car, of average size, car complete as original.
