Really common on hydro cars as the systems get older the hydro restrictors don't seem to slow the flow down very well at all.
An easy fix is to raid an old dry suspension mini for the top front shock mounts (four 7/16 AF bolts) and the top suspension arm bolts. Mount these onto your hydro car, the top mounts already has the holes on your car. The top arm will need to be drilled out to 3/8 of an inch to suit the new top arm bolts. Fit shocks to this and you will notice an vast improvement .
