:? Someones obviously had problems with the clutch before looking at the bent arm and adjustible rod in the slave cylinder , best get some spares on standby for when you start sorting it out as I suspect there may be some surprises . How bad is it at the moment ?

I would certainly look at buying a new clutch arm, top and bottom clevis pins and a clutch return spring. Easy to fit. I had a bent clutch arm like that in my car when I got it, I replaced it with a new one and a new clutch shuttle and fixed all of my clutch problems. Until the clutch shuttle wore out somewhat quickly - I always use unworn original items now as the new ones seem to be a bit average.

I have an adjustable clutch rod on my car, I could never figure out why my clutch slowly stopped working until I realised the clutch push rod was adjusting itself shorter and shorter....

Wind the clutch arm stop out, it is situated on the clutch cover. 7/16 bolt by the way and dont forget to lock it up afterwards.

Dont over adjust it though. Go a flat or two at a time.
