I'm planing to remove both frames from my project van this week, any tips and tricks?
Rattle gun yes/no?
Can you simply undo all the bolts on the front and then just lift the car off the frame?

Don't forget to undo the brake connection between the body and the subframe.

Is the engine in the subframe ??? If so lift the body over - needs four or so people or a couple of muscle women.

If not, then put the body up on jackstands. Undo the nuts except the last turn or so - get a trolley and position ut so that its under the subframe and a couple of lengths of wood support the subframe. Undo the last nuts and then lower the subframe down and out under the car. It may need a couple of shakes to loosen it.

just lift it up a little and check and take out the final bolts and slowly slacken off the Tower Bolts, you will find what ever it is that is still attached.
Try not to use rope thou :? I was lucky

The engine is out a long time ago, can the rear frame be taken out with the car in the air like the front one? All the break lines and cables are in the front of my mind, I won't forget them unlike my brother who had his 626 hanging by the engine because he hadn't undone the steering pump  to make it worse hes a mechanic :?
