The only place is Kostera's in Kalumunda. He is the only Dunlop(Motorsports) supplier in WA. |

for anybody that wants to know, D93J's are $125 a corner, no such thing as a D01J for a 10 inch rim. |

Anyone got any on-road experiences with D93J vs Yoko A008? Specifically, grip vs lifespan? |

edit: Google Images gives 3 different variants.. would like to see what fellow Ausmini'ers are using.. From garysmotorsporttyres.com.au, which quotes 165/70R10: ![]() [edit] The horse's mouth, dunloptyres.com.au also show that pattern, with the description "Chevron block pattern tarmac rally tyre that excels in the wet" [edit #2] These are the one's I'd consider against the A008s, hence the question above... |

Performance/wear wise it's a comparison to the 032, not the 008. |

have been useing these for the last year and are a great tire in the wet and dry. I'm not sure if they are better than 008's but they are a soft tyre and great grip but I believe they don't last as long as 008's Perfect for the track but wear a little to quick on the road but I would not hesitate to buy them again |

the reason I'm going to buy them is beacause they are only $125 a tyre, unlike the A032s which I've heard are well over $200. Plus I can't find any A008s |

Beaurepaires in South Melbourne quoted me $130 for A008s the other day, so that's not a bad price for the D93Js... |

Yeah, Stuckeys do the Dunlop D93J for $125 per tire here in Melbourne. They tried to convince me to go for the "SP sport R7". They claimed it was the same compound as the D93J's, but had a period style tread pattern. http://www.stuckey.com.au/tyres_details.aspx?TyreName=SP%20SPORT%20R7 I preferred the tread pattern on the D93J's though. ![]() |

I bought my A008s for $100 a tyre a couple of years ago, starting to wear a bit now though. Great tyre but. I was also told about the R7s but I like think the D93Js look nicer. I wanted the D01Js, they look brilliant, but no go in a 10. |
