That sounds like a fairly agressive cam. About 300° duration if I calculated correctly. It might be a bit much for the road, given that the RE13 has 276° (i think) duration and some people don't like it for the road.
Having said that, different people prefer different cams and it depends on how much you are prepared to put up with and how much city driving you are planning on doing. It also depends a bit on the setup of the rest of the engine. I would guess that most people would find this a bit too agressive for a street car though.
I think a Weber would be good enough in terms of carburetion. It has 2 barrels, so it is kinda like 2 carbies in one anyway
If you decide not to use this profile, I think you would be better off getting a stock cam reground to the profile you want and selling this one
