| Post subject: | MK II S Body Numbers |
I've heard various theories on the relationship between the body or car number stamped in the radiator shroud (with the YG2S4 prefix) and the number in the gutter behind the wiper motor. I have an 11/1970 produced MK II S that has 532, followed by 2/06 in smaller letters in the gutter, and 2668 on the radiator shroud. Can anyone help decipher that? |
