Can anybody give me an idea of whether these steering wheels will fit my 68 Deluxe?

They should.
The spline on the steering column was the same from '59 to '97.

They will fit OK.
If you want a good steering wheel - get one off a rover mini. They are a smaller diameter and have a thicker padded rim. Very nice to drive with and nice looking.

I have one on my mini and one for a van resto I am doing. I am sure Brickworkz would have them stacked to the roof.

Mike.

Note there are 2 sizes of spline as I recently found out when purchasing a new steering wheel boss. I don't know any way to tell which unless you take the wheel off.

Some other smarty pants on here might know.
