No matter how many revs you give it - its stalls as you try to move off. The pedal height is fine and you can feel friction point. It was fine three days ago and hasnt been driven very far since. Just canvasing ideas before I pull the clutch apart again. |

Will the moke roll by itself or is a brake jammed on somewhere , is there anything (lost spanner or screwdriver) jammed in your rubber uni's , look for anything odd at this stage before stripping the clutch . |

rolls by itself. It drives down hill. As soon as you apply load it stalls Mixture has no effect - have tried a little lean to quite rich to no effect. the clutch is not overthrowing. |

Check your electrical connections , is a wire held tight anywhere , is one squashed anywhere , anything that would be affected by the engines slight movement when it's under load ? |

the electrics are all behaving as inteneded. If I put into neutral quickly enough it will avoid the stall. |

I will check that - is the advance mechanical as well as vacuum - ie does it have a weights mechanism as well as the vacuum ? |
