I have the very sad duty to report that another Mini has been stolen
from NSW. Once again in a similar area (Paddington).

More distressing, is that it was a sports 850.

The owners are very distressed, and I will be posting pictures and a blurb
once I recieve them.

It was stolen last night. Someone on here knows something.

We need to get word out to the exporting agents, freight forwarders etc, that minis are being stolen. I would bet that most would be either stripped and sold or most likely, shipped to Japan.

Bastards.

What about AQIS? Or the customs dept?

Can I ask if any mini's that have been stolen have security systems at all? From basic kill switch to full alarm, imob, etc?

As said before, is there anyone we can contact to see if we can at least stop them getting out of the country (if they are being sent out) - second thoughts, I guess it would be very hard to check though wouldnt it?

well i guess the only thing that might come out of it is that if parts are going to be sold off they will be spotted straight away as they are so rare.

try to get pics up asap and people around the area can be on the lookout for anything thats trying to be flogged off.

i seriously hope that no-one on here knows anything
