the ones between the side windows and rear window, where do I get nice replacements?

can anyone offer help on removing a hood lining from an 850?

so i duno how ill getiit back in :?
but you should be able to make new ones of those cardboard things, theres not much to em!! :D

I dont think roof lining would be much of an issue in a moke :). But in general your roof lining is held under the windscreen and rear window rubbers so those (the actual glass) would have to come out for the removal and a reinstall to be done properly. The lining is strung on horizontal ribs so its a matter of sliding it back carefuy and gradualy taking it off those ribs.

You are both right re the roof lining.
In 1964 BMC Aust went from the UK-style 2 piece slide in type, to a 1 piece one supported on bows.

re the 2 cardboard thingys, I got mine from Mini Classic years ago. They came as part of the 1 piece roof lining kit.
