so can it?? can you buy a replacment panel for the inner passenger side gaurd?
but instead of being a grill i want to replace it with a blank panel, can you buy them ?
was there an model of the mini that never had a grill there? :?:
mines a bit distorted and bentish any way and id like a smoother bay

Get some tin and cut it to shape, or cut the radiator grill out and weld a panel in.

unless you're running a dedicated front mount radiator you'll need the grill there :wink: it gives the air through your radiator somewhere to go

the housing for the head light is very much bent too

i wouldn't be worrying about that now, wait until your well into it before you start worring about stuff like that..

cut it away get the motor in and weld a new panel around it to the shape required. Then remove motor and paint everything and put the motor back in ;)
