I rehinged one with a couple of small hinges side by side. I bought these from bunnings and soldered them on.

The part number for this from the Oz PUB1056M Parts Book is 88G486. If you Google this you will find a couple of overseas suppliers, or try some of the usual local Mini parts suppliers.

I thought piano hinges came in a number of sizes. I'm sure I was able to pick them up from Bunnings for a past project in either either stainless or galvanised mild steel.
