I see that it has been re listed AGAIN what is with this idiot? (or am i too harsh)? you have to go through the whole add to finally find photos of the car .but there are a whole stack of other photos ,some of which must be copy write to other people and companies .and have absolutely nothing to do with the car in question.

Now thats a nice looking mini. I'd be happy with that one for sure. Price seems a bit steep though, but I suppose we will head up that high shortly.

hi
its not the selling that is the problem ,its the crap that he/she/it puts with it . all the extra photos, adds, promo pamphlets and other stuff.

not everyone is a mini expert and the material is for general info so what is the problem, don't like it don't read it

The problem is that the photos he uses do not belong to him and he is using them without permission. The last ad he ran was good because the photos were kept dissapearing as the owners found out that they were being used.

Is he selling a Mini or is he selling Mr Bean?

I am not useing there images in a money making venture.
It is hard to get permission from the owner off all my images but I do have permission from Wheels. (all the other images are from the BMC Australia catalogue and I can't find the owner of the copyright if one still exists)

Umm, Midas Australia was started by Midas USA. So do they have permission to use their name? I would guess yes.

Midas History

In 1956, when Australia was celebrating their first Olympics, Macon Midas celebrated the opening of the first Midas service centre in the American state of Georgia.

20 years later, Midas USA opened their first Australian franchise in Launceston. This was the start of many successful Midas businesses. Today Midas is a household name synonymous with quality.

Midas is a registered name in Australia - check ASIC if you wish.

I smell double standards.
