I see no reason to change the wheel bearings when you change the wheels. Unless they are shagged.

True, however that said I bet $5 the wheel bearings are shagged and could do with a replacement. :P

I thought the idea was to fit big wide tyres and then a month later grizzle about the crap 40 year old wheel bearings. (Just like blaming Lucas for the fire that happened shortly after the H4s and six 100w driving lights are fitted.)

My theory

Possibley running opn tens now and possibley goping to 12's
Replace the wheels bearings $120 what and learn how and whats what everything else and also clean up everything thier
I'm actualy doing the same with Marcia at the moment but also building the calipers
Do it rite do it once
Before you take a wheel off, with the wheel on give the wheel 12 and 6 & 9 & 3 the bearinga may be good
while you at it you will be able to watch all the ball joints if you have some one inside playing the wheel

I changed all my wheel bearing's and just fitted my 12X6 deep dish, no problems yet and have had them on for almost 12 months now. But i'm getting a sore arm from all that polishing.
