A lot of that site is also reproduced on this one, in English. http://www.1959miniregister.com/index.php?loc=44 Both are excellent resources if you're into the real early ones. Tim |

![]() The radiators aren't too rare but the m/cs are. Have a look at what this rusty metal master cylinder cap sold for a week or two ago. What's a whole early m/c worth? Tim |

@marcello Just for info or fun: www.mini-klassiker.de (only in german - not for me, I'm from germany) or www.ringmini.de the site of builder and driver "ringmini" (Achim Korden, living very close to the NÜRBURGRING, Germany) (may be, Achim and his web site are already known in this forum, a part of the site is in english, too.) Best regards |

He he .... I'll check which one is which but I'm pretty sure I'm not using the one with the nut type top so I'll send it back to you for you to use on the traveller Simon . As for the caps it's just as well I've still got two metal ones ![]() |

There are (at least) two radiators in that early style. The UK ones were made by coventry radiators or CovRad. The alternative was made by Newcell in Australia. They seem to be identical but the Aussie one is brass while the covrad one I have seems to be zinc plated. The only other difference is the badge. My Traveller's radiator will have Newcell end caps with a new core and a Coventry Radiator badge. Tim |
