im running BG's in mine and have had to screw the jet tubes down a fair way (about 60" i think ....memory fades after working on 1 to many in a day) mines only a 1293 with hepolite pistons, balaanced bottom end a wade 176 cam grind (by clive cams) and tickled metro head with slightly bigger valves (have to find my parts list to check size....hmmmm now where have i miss placed it?), bullet nosed guides, lcb extractors. anyways mine ie running a little to lean still i think.... |

Our 1293 with twin HS4s, Corolla rockers like yours, same filters (Ramflo/Unifilter) and similar cam (Wade 104) draws a straight line on the A/F ratio on the dyno at 13.0:1. ![]() Needles are #6. These are fixed needles, I hate the swing ones- they wear your jets. ![]() |
