I've searched this forum and majority of people say that coilovers are a bad idea because cones are jus as good.

My question is for those who have had a set of adjustable coilovers fitted. which brand have you bought and fitted? where did you get them from? is there any local distributors? what type of reenforcements have you done and could u post some pics? simple because a picture says a thousand words

cheers peeps

i looked around, and the cheapest you will get are the spax ones that pop up on ebay for around 1400 new. you dont get the rear camber brackets though.

good luck

I have a set of GAZ fully adjustables with custom springs.

IMHO they are the dukz nutz.

Some strengthening done at the front and back to make sure there will be no problems. And no, cones are not as good!

Cheers,
Tricky

Sorry Bfeboi,

Didnt realise you arn't up with the lingo......, but they are the chitz nitz!!

They cost me I think about AUD$1600, from Huddersfield Spares in the UK

The custom springs cost me an extra bit, not too much I think, as I wanted progressive spring rate on the rear.

Eithger Spax or GAZ are OK - GAZ are specified for Miglia Mini's.

Cheers,
Tricky
