Hey

It's time for a new exhaust and was wondering if you guys have can suggest anything. I was thinking of extractors and standard exhaust all the way through. Nothing to special

How much will i be expecting to pay and do you guys have any connections in Sydney?

Cheers

My 1275LS has a set of extractors and factory standard (for the LS) cat's bum exhaust.

I tell you a set of extractors on the stock system isn't anything spectacular, for all I know they may as well not be there...

EDIT: as for cost, the extractors can be had for below 200, and the whole system for 340ish. This is the maniflow system I saw 3 months back at a local supplier

If you're not going to put an inch and a half or larger exhaust on, extractors are worthless IMHO. You can't go wrong with inch and three quarters with a good 3-1 set of extractors (on a smallbore, LCB on a bigbore). Sounds great, worthwhile performance boost.

My 5c.

I have LCB (perry) with 1 3/4" pipes to a 2" coupled with a HIF44 crab and nice came. Exhaust is loud but its on the wifes daily drive

Good starting point is a LCB 1 3/4" pipe with a RC40 muffler

The wife's 1293 (Perry 3-1 freeflow, twin HS4s) had a noisy Lukey on, I replaced it with an old RC40 off mine, and it's definitely going harder (and more quietly). 8)
