Just wondering if anyone has the origanal mouting of where the spare wheel and jack should be in a van.
here is a pic of where i think it goes but not to sure of how they are set up there.
Any pics would be of Great HELP.

The battery goes into the cave behind the drivers seat and the spare wheel gets tossed into the cave behind the passenger seat. Trouble is that only a standard rim and tyre will fit.

Hence the "aftermarket" wheel holder.

The jack was just in a black plastic bag and tossed in the cave near the standard spare wheel.

With our 73 Clubman van the spre is under the passenger seat, pushed under the back of the van floor, and held in place with a bracket and bolt which screws into the floor.

you ought to find a bracket spot welded to the floor under the rear of the passenger seat, there was a curved sort of clamp that bolted down to it.
