hey everyone.. i recently found a front subframe in a local blokes back yard.. went and inquired and turns out he doesnt want it any more so i offerd to take it off his hands (that and the twenty steelies he had lying around! ) as i want it to chop up for the conversion im, one of these days, going to start..

so just a quick question.. how much would you pay for a front dry subframe? it seems to be in good order, and no real rust any where.. even comes with cones !!!

The price of a dry subframe varies a great deal depending on how desperate you are to buy and how desperate they are to get rid of that pile of scrap metal in the backyard. :P

<edit> On a side note, a few years ago I had a bare dry subframe which had be cleaned up and powercoated. I couldn't give it away, hence it is now at West Belconnen Landfill. Skip forward a few years and now I'm paying someone to strip and paint my subframe for me. :x :D
