About 3 months ago my yellow 1978 leyland mini was involved in an accident. The mini featured a custom artowrk on the bootlid that was done by a close family friend. After being written-off, and auctioned I let it go by resigning it to the "buggar" basket. Recently however i have recieved news that the mini is sitting in Pick 'n" Payless located in Blacktown. What im asking is for a fellow mini driver to maybe have a lookout for the mini and see if the bootlid is still attached. If so, could he/she please buy it from the yard and I will gladly pay them back +reward. The car was resprayed at home and so doesnt feature a full glossy finish, for this reason i am hoping it is still there. Someone please help in returning this personally valuable bootlid. I can pop around tomorrow for you hopefully (if not then definately on Wed morning) When did they say it was at Pick and Payless? I mean, how long would it have been there? i was thinkin sometime after work this week, or friday arvo, i finish at 12 on fridays

yeah i found out it was in there just a couple of days ago so it should still be in there. Thanks for your help everyone, if you do see the bootlid im sure you'll know what i mean by "being of personal value" especially since its (was) my first car and i want to remember forever. |
