With the morris 1100S motor in my 1967 deluxe will I need an engineers certificate to get it past rego in NSW?

yer just a Blue slip and make sure everthing safe as with the pink slip.

I have disks breaks on the front. I'm not sure which. But I've been told 10" wheels won't fit over them. However when Dylan and Makka were up they both came to the conclusion that they were cooper s disks and 10's would go over them.
