I found the earth cable easier to do, and more accesible for dis-connection/connection

ok noob question time we're got several cars here that only get out occassionally so I'm looking to put an isolator on the battery cables. qestion is - am I better to put the isolator on the earth or the power cable (some positive earth cars some negative eath) cheers |

Intuitively, I'd suggest it doesn't matter -- you should be able to break the circuit on either the +ve or -ve terminals and achieve the same effect. |
