try A grade panels - he has them made, but they come just as a flat folded panel - IE without a hole cut for the jacking point and no vent pressings |

just measure them and go to a sheetmetal place. they dont have dimples or anthing but at 40$ for 2 I dont really care ![]() |

They are NOT a straight part... if you look you will see that they are actually curved to match the body... for $70 odd, you should grab em Peter. |

I did notice they were curved but the straight panels took on said curve once they were clamped in place. ![]() |

![]() ditto... the ones from A grade are straight too, as are the UK ones I bought for my traveller - 1/2" an inch or whatever isn't hard to pull in over that length |

I have known people who folded them up using a high school sheet metal bender... Two folds and you're away! |

many years ago i made some out of gal steel folded pop riveted on painted with black mastic on the inside and painted with black bitumen on the outside no one new i also fiberglassed the floor .not these days ![]() |

I folded my own out of some galv sheet, pretty easy and its not too hard to put a slight curve in them. You can always curve them a bit more when fitting them ![]() ![]() ![]() Don't seem to have any pics of them finished though |
