Keeping an eye out up this way Steve , when did it go and any ideas (truck seen snooping around the area or anything ?) ? PM the details to one of the mods as well so they can include it in the stolen mini's list just in case someone's offered it . That light bar looks distinctive too . |

New problem... SA Police don't want to really help as car is in another state. NSW Police don't really want to help as it's a car from another state. as it is out of rego, and not registered in my name, i cannot report it stolen |

I'll keep a lookout anyways. I'll get our delivery drivers to watch out for it on their runs. They go all over the coast everyday. |

It couldn't be more difficult. SA police says ring NSW police, NSW says ring SA, but i need to prove the car is mine also, without rego papers. Been down one police station once, made numerous phone calls. not sure what to do??? |

How did you get it Steve , buy it or trade it on another ? Have you got the receipt from the last owner or can you find them to get one ? Being unregisterred shouldn't matter , a receipt should cover it ... |

Hope you find it. (if it wasnt registered and looked asthough it was abondand it may have been picked up in good faith?? |

Surely it's irrelavent whether the car is registered or not. If your camera is stolen from you at in Gosford you wouldn't go to the Adelaide police to help you locate it and you wouldn't need to produce your purchase receipt to prove that it is yours. It's just an item of stolen property like any other |
