Post subject:  Steering Wheel - What's it Worth? (PHOTO ADDED)

Hey guys...

On behalf of a friend - a Mountney GT Britain steering wheel. Haven't got a photo of it as yet, but will hopefully receive one before the end of the day. It hasn't been used in a while, and will probably benefit from a clean-up.

Any idea what it is/what it's worth? If so, is anybody interested in it?

Thanks guys...

- Adam

(Apologies if this would be better suited to the For Sale section. I placed it here for people's opinions, but feel free to move it if needed.)

Hey,

Thanks guys.

It's black metal and leather, and it has the boss. I haven't seen it yet, but there appears to be some surface marking or light rust on the metal spokes, from what I've been told. Leather appears to be okay.

Got some rather average pics on my phone. But I need my friend's computer to bluetooth it, which I'll do later on tonight.

There's a little trimmer on Seven Hills Rd near the station that did a MotoLita for me in vinyl, but he didn't really like the work. Cost me $80 about 12 years ago.

On the topic of steering wheels, I've got one too! :D Apparently it's a rare factory option Morris 1100 wood rim steering wheel with alloy holed spokes. Looks pretty bling. I'll post a pic if anyone wants to make an offer?

Sorry for the hijack

We had the same steering wheel on our Clubby van when we rear ended a Magna. Had to throw it away afterwards as it had bent (inverted) about 3 inches from the impact

The bruises on the drivers hands were impressive.
