Post subject: | Checking for Original Minis |
I have searched both on google and ausmini and cant find an answer. How can you tell if a mini is an original 1275 ls? Is it as simple as matching up numbers? If so what should I be looking for? I am on the hunt for one and have noticed that some people are selling them as 1275 ls however they no longer have the strip down the sides. |

It is very rare to see a 1275LS with original paint. The late Minis rusted badly and the metallic paints faded awful. Even the last 1275LS in the Birdwood museum has had repairs. ![]() |
